SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

Shipping Times & Schedules

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. While we aim to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship on the same day it is placed. Orders typically ship the next business day when received by 4pm pacific time. Our order processing time is generally one business day. Please note that weekends and holidays may affect shipping schedules.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers to deliver your orders, including:

- USPS
- DHL

Orders shipped via ground service are usually received in 2-5 days.

At checkout, you may select your preferred carrier and shipping method (standard, expedited, or express). Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on certain products and orders, which applies only to the lower 48 states of the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless explicitly stated otherwise. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be delivered via the carrier of our choice using standard ground shipping.
